Does It Take All That?

With so many ways to serve the Lord today, one would wonder what should be done in this ball of confusion that is called Earth. The Baptist get their name from John the Baptist, they believe you must baptize, yet other Baptist say it is non essential.  The Lutherans get their belief from their founder, Martin Luther.  The just shall live by faith.   Yet faith without works is dead.. Still there is John Wesley of the Methodists who altered baptism to sprinkling, a man made doctrine, and John Smith of the Mormons and his golden plates and special garments believing this signified consecration to God, when God looks on the heart of man.
One would wonder does it really take all that? Why not just serve God in our own way, many say.  Some believe in a Supreme Being, some don't know who He is, and some don't care.  Religion: does it take all the many opinions, and discoveries in the Bible, or DID JESUS LEAVE US A CLEAR CUT AND DRIED WAY TO GET TO HIM? Heb:2:3: How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him.  This is the true salvation, which was spoken by the Lord Jesus Himself, and the Apostles whom he sent out.  Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is none other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved.  The religious leaders of Bible times said the name brought the blood. This is why men must be baptized in the name of Jesus in  order to receive the benefits of the blood sacrifice to cover their sins.
To some it doesn't take much to make it to heaven. Saul the Pharisee was traveling the road of Damascus to persecute Jesus name, Holy Ghost filled Christians when he was felled by a bright light from heaven;  Acts
:9:6: And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do.  Later the Lord sent Bro. Aninias to lay hands on him…" putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, even Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest, hath sent me, that thou mightiest receive thy sight, and
