in the Mirror!
· And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. March 12:29-30
There is someone you do not see. There is a person who hides behind the one in the mirror. Can one be separated from their image? When a person looks at you, there is someone that they do not see. Someone that controls the image that looks back at them. There is always someone that lives forever. Someone whose residence is inside of the consciousness of mankind, and though now joined, will be separated from at death. This someone is the true you that lives whether the body lives or not.
When you walk in your sleep, who is walking, since your mind does not comprehend its movement. When you turn over to comfort yourself in a position upon your bed, who is controlling that movement, seeing as the consciousness is not aware. The spirit of the man is not aware, it is the soul of man that controls what is not known by the spirit actions. We are puppets with our own will. The puppet is the fleshly body, mind and will, the hand that fits inside of the puppet is the spirit.
Jesus is " the image of the invisible God". When the body of Jesus Christ cried out "why hast thou forsaken me?" He cried out by the power of the brain or soul that still resided within His body. The physical Him. It was not his flesh or the controlling computer of man that had moved away from Him, that the physical man cried out for, but the invisible Spirit of God that separated from that body, therefore the "flesh of god", or son of man cried out.
Jesus said he used only the finger of God to cast out devils. Just a small portion of the Spirit of God Himself as if a pointing finger. Where was that spirit located? Was it one that he held in his hand or was it only enough of God that was resident in the controlling faculties of the man Jesus Christ that was the supernatural God. "In him, the Spirit of God said, I am well pleased.
The apostle Paul spoke of man wholly, or our whole spirit, soul and body :
· 1Th 5:23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
If we are created in God's image then does God have a spirit soul and body? His body is the flesh that men saw, the image of the invisible. Scripture says no man can see God at any time, yet men saw God when they looked at Jesus Christ. Otherwise looking through a veil. Jesus was the veil of the Spirit of God that no man could see. Jesus was the veil in the temple that separated man from the Holy of Holies. He was the physical that separated the priest of God from the Spiritual, lest they die. It was as though God was looking in a mirror. He created his own image, in Matthew 1:18. Yet what was his also was the flesh that spoke back to the Spirit of God as when "God counsels with His own will".
No one comes to the "Father", except through Him, Jesus said. His brain was the soul of him as in a computer the part that calculates the moves, and his Spirit was as one sitting at the computer, controlling on the basis of what is given in the soul and spirit.
When we look in the mirror, we see the image of our invisible spirit that will live forever. We see what is presented to other men, and to this world to represent us. We see what cannot be touched in the natural except through our fleshly veil. What we do not see is the one who lives forever.
When men die that flesh is laid out for visitation, and mourners still see the image of the person that has departed. That which is departed is the Spirit of man. If mankind is not three separate and distinct persons, then neither is the LORD. What we are gives us a clue to who and what the LORD is.
As with the whole makeup of mankind
1. Body - physical image of mankind
2. Soul- brain the portion which received the natural genes for intelligence quotient or IQ and attitude and also controls the function of the body
3. Spirit- The one who lives forever, whether inside of the body or outside of the body. The unseen man who has the final control. The Apostle Paul said he went to heaven, whether with the body, or without the body, he could not tell.
As of Jesus the diagram is:
1. Body - physical image of the "son of man "
2. Soul- brain; the one which received the natural genes for intelligence quotient or IQ and attitude and also controls the function of the body
3. Spirit-The Almighty God.
God was everywhere, and inside Jesus Christ. God is the personality of Jesus Christ, and in him dwelled the fullness of what God is. The Spirit of God covered by the flesh of God. Flesh is not God for a spirit hath not flesh and bone, but God is Spirit.
Galatians 3:20 Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one. Not two or three, but hear (Oh man of God) "The LORD our God is ONE"!
March 12:29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:
The first of all commandments is for us to know that God is ONE! He is unified into a single person, not three persons working in agreement. God is a Spirit, and He is that Spirit united with that flesh that Mary conceived. that person is Jehovah-Salvation, or Jesus Christ, YHWH in the flesh. That person is the anointed one, or Christos. That person is YHWH saving mankind. As He said: there is no other savior.
Men have trouble with this because they see the LORD as the created being, or man who came into the world with all three aspects of his makeup at birth, and this was his first and only advent. God came into the world after having already existed as the self existing one or El Shaddai, and then clothed his spirit, or as much of it as could have been clothed "the finger of God". He was still El Shaddai, only now, He had a body. Not after the fashion of the created man Adam whom he previously breathed the breath, or spirit of life into, but as the Mighty God, the everlasting Father who created the breath that gave life when His Spirit overshadowed Mary.
The one behind the mirror image is you, your true spirit man whom no man has seen, an who will never die, The eternal Spirit behind the image, Jesus Christ is YHVH-God, as scriptures says, He, Jesus Christ, is the image of the invisible God.
